These Terms govern your use of Fast-Zero-Cross ("the Game"), a mental fitness game created by Culture Awareness ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using the Game, you agree to these Terms.
When you pay for the Game, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play it on your own devices. You do not own the Game itself — the code, artwork, content, and brand remain the property of Culture Awareness.
The Game is rated 4+ and suitable for all ages. If you are under 16, please use the Game with the awareness and consent of a parent or guardian.
Please use the Game fairly. You agree not to:
We may remove leaderboard entries or suspend accounts that breach these rules. We always try to be fair and give notice where reasonable.
The Game is a one-time purchase of £0.99 / $0.99 / €0.99. Payment is processed by Stripe (web) or by Apple or Google (mobile). We do not see or store your card details.
Under UK and EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right to cancel for digital purchases — unless you have started using the Game, in which case you waive this right. We will consider reasonable refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you believe a refund is warranted.
The only content you create is a display name you enter to submit scores to the World Top 100 leaderboard. You grant us permission to display that name alongside your score on the public leaderboard. Please do not enter anything you would not want shown in public.
We may update the Game from time to time — to fix bugs, add features, balance timing, or comply with App Store policies. We try not to break the paid experience; if we ever need to make a material change that affects what you paid for, we will communicate it clearly.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep everything running, but we cannot guarantee the Game or the leaderboard will always be available or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Culture Awareness is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Game.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
You may delete your account at any time through the in-app settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if you seriously breach these Terms. If we terminate for cause, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. By using the Game you accept that policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, unless local consumer law gives you a right to bring it elsewhere.
If we change these Terms, we will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. If the change materially affects your rights, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
